How to get duped

So Daniel and I went to the Renaissance Fair here in Cedar City yesterday, it's not much to talk about.  They have the whole park filled with stands of people selling all different kinds of stuff from quilts to magic potions.  Yes you heard me right, people selling their own magic potions.  Usually they have a few of the bounce houses there so I thought I would take Daniel there to walk around, play a little and just get out of the house.  While walking around a man came up to Daniel and asked him his name and if he wanted to be a knight. I thought, okay I'll indulge him a little since Daniel was getting a kick out of it.  He told Daniel about how to be a good knight and how to kneel and be knighted all that fun stuff.  Then he pulls out a wooden sword and gives it to Daniel as a gift.  Well of course it wasn't a gift, I had to buy it but sneaky as that guy was he made it out to be a gift to Daniel, so if I had told him no thank you it would have seemed like the guy had given Daniel the coolest play sword ever and then his mom just took it away for no reason.  So I was totally duped into buying Daniel a sword but it turned out to be really cute and Daniel totally loved it so I guess it wasn't that bad.  So then after that I let him get his face painted and of course he choose Spider-man and then he became Spider-man the knight.  The second picture is Daniel sad that his Spider-man face got all smeared and washed off from playing in the water, now that it's gone all Daniel can talk about is how he is sad he isn't Spider-man anymore.
